Yesterday I did some quality meal prep but today I’m heading school shopping with my bestie. Normally I would just leave lunch home and grab something while I’m out. Given my lifestyle changes, that’s really not an option so I whipped up a delicious and healthy smoothie!
Peaches N’ Nana Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 4oz jar baby food peaches
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 tablespoon chia seed mix
- 8oz cold vanilla almond milk
- 1 handful ice
Blend and enjoy!
