I’m pretty sure that weight-loss is always one of the top New Year Resolutions that everyone makes. We all want to be better physically but it’s really important to remember that health doesn’t always equate with weight loss. Do I want to lose weight? Sure. But more importantly, I want to be healthy. Keeping your healthy New Year Resolutions isn’t easy but it’s totally possible.

How To Keep Your Healthy New Year Resolutions

In order for me to keep my milk supply up, it’s healthy for me to take in more fats and calories. But that may not be healthy for another. So set goals that make sense for you.
