Grilled Pork & Apple Kabobs W/ Maple Glaze

Maple Syrup

tblsp Dijon Mustard

minced ginger

garlic cloves minced

Bamboo Skewer Sticks

Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.

Peel apples and cut into 1in cubes

Cut pork loin into 2 in cubes and season with salt and pepper.

Cut onions up thickly.

Load pork, apple pieces and onions on skewer alternating the pieces.

Grill pork until it’s 160 degrees on the inside.

Mix together maple syrup, mustard, ginger, and garlic over a medium flame in a saucepan for 5 minutes.

Once the skewers are done, pour glaze over and serve!
