One pot kielbasa hash is a meal that can incorporate pantry ingredients. No running to the grocery store for this dinner.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. I used my cast iron skillet but you can use any heavy skillet.
Chop the potatoes into small chunks and lightly fry them in the oil (about 5-7 minutes). You can season as you prefer.
While the potatoes are frying, chop the onions and green peppers into large chunks. Add those to the potatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Chop the kielbasa into 1/4 rounds and add them to the skillet. Cook until heated through.
Season all ingredients with season salt.
Serve hot. Enjoy!
